Jeff’s Background


Jeff has a keen eye for investment opportunities having been a broker, asset manager, and investor for many years. “As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, I have worked in various markets over the years: Washington DC, Maryland, Atlanta, New Jersey and Virginia. I currently cover Manhattan, The Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn and manage a portfolio of over 5000 rental units in 20 buildings. I’m also involved with ground-up development and condo hotels all over the country, and personally own several multi-family income producing properties.”

Jeff has helped many clients make profitable investments with flip properties, construction of rental complexes, and purchases of multi-family homes as well as long term residences.
